Site tools for the revising Wrimo

As we approach the midway point between NaNo 2010 and NaNo 2011, I have been thinking a lot about revision. A lot.
With such large and versatile writing community as NaNoWriMo, it seems like we could really help each other out with this necessary—but often painstaking—process.
What off-season tools and resources would help you after one NaNo ends and before the next begins? Monthly pep talks about the revision process? Setting online revision goals for yourself? Getting feedback on portions of your novel from your noveling compatriots?
I can’t promise we’ll be able to make them all happen, but we’d all love to hear your ideas. Surely there must be some easy-to-implement means of helping each other along from first draft to final draft!
As a thank you for your thoughts, we have two giveaways for Lani Diane Rich’s great StoryWonk workshops: Making Magic and Discovery Writing.
Submit your input here in the blog comments by Friday April 22. We’ll randomly draw two winners and announce them on Monday April 25, in plenty of time for the classes to begin on May 8.
